Ontario Regional Dog Agility Championships

This is the Jumpers course from Day One at Regionals. They had a double as the first jump. Fredericka made the first bar easily then sadly crashed through the second bars of the double. Not like she didn't have the height!!

Val & Taz

Val Archibald & Taz of Morning Star Dog Academy were 3rd overall in 22" specials with placement ribbons in all 6 events and a total of 463.79 points to qualify for nationals: Jumpers 3rd & 6th place, Gamblers 2nd & 3rd place, Standard 3rd & 4th place.

Val won a $50 prize

Dawn & Casey, Penny & Gabriel

Casey..many ribbons, at least 2 firsts, 1 second, 1 4th and 2ND OVERALL FOR THE WEEKEND and close to (or maybe over) 500 points to qualify for nationals. Gabrielle...2 gambles and other great runs...4th place ribbon in Gamblers AND! for the newbie over 300 points to qualify for nationals Penny...lots of hard work, but too much competition (over 90 dogs in her group) for a ribbon and over 300 points to qualify for nationals.

Dawn won a New Jump

Krista & Shadow & Keaghan

Shadow...4, count 'em 4 clear runs and 2 pretty decent gambler's rounds for a placement somewhere in or very close to the top 10 for her height and over 420 points to qualify for Nationals.

Keaghan...1 clear run, a 6th place in Gambler's and a 4th in jumper's for the weekend, but staying home for Nationals.

Steph & Chef

Chef....1 clear run in jumper's and 1 gamble completed and close to 400 points to qualify for nationals.
